About Yangban Sul Lung Tang

Yangban Sul Lung Tang is a popular spot, especially among downtown workers. The restaurant serves delicious Sul Lung Tang and Yook Gae Jang, with a tasty broiler sauce. The service is friendly, and the side dishes, including radish kimchee, are a highlight. Basic kimchi side dishes and water are served complimentary, adding to the authentic Korean experience. Despite limited parking, which costs 50 cents an hour on the curbside, it remains a convenient and reliable choice for a quick and satisfying meal. Customers often comment on how the food, especially Galbi tang and Yukgaejang, is better than many restaurants in Korea, and the place has gained more non-Korean visitors over the years.

On a positive note, one lady gave me a free snack while I was there. Who ever she is, I’ll never forget...read full review
Best Sul Lung Tang ever! Even compared to many places I've tried in K town. You know it is legit when I am usually the only the only non-korean in there.
Parking was a bit of hassle but definitely doable, ordered a basic sullungtang the soup was milky in texture and soothed my soul the server kindly reminded not to add too much salt which I obliged adding tiny amt and leave room for kimchi gakdugi juice I like that I didn't have to drive further for some sullungtang and galbitang
