Review of my 1 month experience as an unlimited member: I knew I was joining here after my first class even though I initially had no thoughts of starting any memberships. Finally, a studio that values purpose and principles instead of the amount one can sweat. Hot yoga is unsustainable IMO. A studio that feels truly welcoming and a community that seems to be GENUINE. I'm not a big yogi but I do like to go to the occasional yoga class and Hyperslow has been perfect for me. The classes I have been to are pretty tough but still do-able for me - I'd say I'm not a beginner but not very advanced either. The instructors walk around and help you perfect your poses and give you different levels of each pose so that you can go at your own pace. Love this spot! One of my favorite coffee shops to come to on Sunday mornings to read. It has great coffee and yummy pastries. I like working from here a few times a week. It's not loud and everyone that works here is so friendly. Highly recommend if you want a chill spot to enjoy a coffee, get some work done and hang with friends.
