This place has a great variety of Mediterranean food, including delicious shawarma, kabobs, and plenty of other classic dishes. Everything is really good, but if you really want to try something authentic—something that honestly, only Sudanese people really know about I highly recommend trying Agashe.

What a wonderful experience! I stopped by today and tried the beef kabob plate, chicken shawarma plate, and falafel wrap, and everything was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care.
The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. He even offered me a taste of their lentil soup, and I’m so glad he did—it was absolutely amazing! Rich, comforting, and full of flavor.

The chicken shawarma plate, chicken shawarma wrap, beef kabob plate, falafel wrap, and Mix Kabab Plate are all absolutely delicious. The chicken and beef kababs are incredibly flavorful, juicy, and perfectly tender. Everything tastes fresh, well seasoned, and is prepared with care. The spicy sauce is out of this world. The lentil soup is amazing, rich, comforting, and full of flavor. For something truly authentic, Agashe is highly recommended. Agashe is a popular Sudanese street-food tradition featuring thinly sliced beef or chicken, heavily coated in a flavorful spice rub made with roasted ground peanuts, chili, garlic, ginger, and cumin. The meat is traditionally grilled over hot hardwood charcoal, giving it an incredible smoky flavor. Agashe is not listed on the menu, so make sure to ask for it specifically. Agashe takes at least 30 minutes to prepare, so calling ahead and placing an order before stopping by is highly recommended. The owner is kind, genuine, and welcoming, always greeting with a big smile and making guests feel right at home. The food is very affordable for the portions and phenomenal flavor. This is definitely a place worth visiting.
