“The food was good, fresh and hot. However the cashier at the drive-thru didn't take my order correctly, did not repeat or confirm my order either at the speaker box nor at the payment window. And when I received my order I noticed I was short an item. When I notified her, she stated that I "need to go around because there's a car behind you". And I express that I ordered 2 the first time and she replied; with persistent look "I only heard one. You'll have to go around and order again"...when I clearly started my sentence with "can I please get 2.." which I told her and she just shrugged her shoulders, scrunched her lip, twirled/gestured her finger as she told me "sorry, you'll need to go back around."Needless to say I did not go around. But I do know she could have let me place the order and just ask me to wait in front where they normally bring it out to the car. She was in no way budging to correct her mistake, nor did she show any sign of remorse or concern.“
“Always get good service here. I come through in the early morning shifts cuz that's when I get off work. Mike the guy who runs a drive-thru is amazing. They get hella busy but when we get our food it's always hot and fresh thanks Mike and Jack in the box graveyard shift you guys are amazing“
