I'm so sad about this Subway restaurant. I purposely ordered an expensive sandwich hoping that it would be loaded with meat and be delicious.That didn't happen.I chose the #3 "The Monster" based on the description and the photos in the app menu. It wasn't hard or complicated ordering on the app so that's why I gave this restaurant a two-star rating. Subway, I love Subway, I am a little biased when it comes to their sandwiches. I've always had good customer service, and it's no different here. Their sandwiches, one can say are mediocre, but if you want something that's \"fresh,\" and control how much stuff goes on your sandwich, this is definitely better than any class of restaurant that it's actually competing against. When it's put that way, you can't go wrong with this franchise.

Stopped in for lunch, did a mobile order. Through the mobile order asked for four cups of jalapenos, like my food spicy. One got to the store they advised they don't do cups of jalapenos, and gave me a small baggie of jalapenos to go. When asked for more they gave me three more and said that's all they can give.
