First Born Reviews
I just recently went to First Born, and let me tell you, it was great! I went with my family and we mostly tried lots of apps, which I would recommend. The quality and taste of their food is great, though some dishes tasted bland, I loved it. Their service is top notch and the atmosphere is great. I would highly recommend!
We’ve been here twice now and really like it. There are a lot of great plates; we especially liked the ahi tuna rice bites, the longevity noodles (we got beef), and the Brussels sprouts
Innovative food and drinks. Lots of veggie options. Everything was well made and tasted great!

First Born is a vibrant restaurant known for its creative and flavorful cuisine. The food consistently impresses with bold flavors and fun presentations, making each visit memorable. Guests particularly enjoy dishes like the Longevity Noodles, which are described as some of the best noodles they’ve had in a long time, and the Shake Beef, which offers really good flavor. The menu features a variety of small plates, including Vietnamese-inspired options such as fish sauce chicken wings, rice bites, and roti chicken with ube sticky rice, all freshly made per order. Desserts are a delightful end to the meal, with some guests mentioning the deliciousness of the desserts served, especially the salted crema coffee and Palisade pumpkin cocktail, which is surprisingly well balanced.
The atmosphere is spacious with nice decor, and during brunch, a DJ plays fun music that isn’t loud enough to hinder conversation. Service is generally good, with attentive waiters who serve promptly, though there are occasional moments when getting attention for water or the check can be difficult. The restaurant also offers a striking space and a welcoming environment, making it suitable for occasions like birthdays and Valentine’s Day.
However, there are some concerns, notably regarding sanitation. Some guests noticed a strong putrid smell near the kitchen window, which led to worries about cleanliness and health issues, as some experienced upset stomachs afterward. Despite this, most visitors find the food and experience worthwhile and look forward to returning to explore more dishes.
