They now have 2 patios—the new one in front is a positive addition, and the original one is still lovely with all the garden plants. “This taco ruck serves up delicious food. They regularly serve a very moist and flavorful birria, burritos, burrito bowls, quesadillas and of course tacos and probably a few other items I'm missing. They sometimes have sopes and tamales as well. We are never disappointed.”

Fun to eat outside on the patio while watching live music or golfers (depending on the day), or to eat inside watching sports on the large screen TVs. “Hidden kitchen is the most amazing place. You'll come to on the Central Coast. They have an absolute jam in the blue corn Waffle. They make special waffles every couple months. Today it was peaches and cream and Halloween. They'll give you marshmallow chocolate, drizzle, Waffle. And then they have that candy bacon. That is absolutely amazing. Their mannex, machaca, tacos, incredible. If you get a couple of those, you're going to be in hog heaven. If you come to Cayucos, you must Go to hidden kitchen if you're anywhere near. You must come to hidden kitchen and their smoothies are huge and chock full of delicious fruits do not miss this place.”

“We had the veggie rice bowl with tofu which is clearly marked vegan if avocado mayo is omitted. The bowl was ample, fresh and delicious. We also ordered homemade lemonade. Other items can be ordered vegan as well.”

“Nice place but... We visited this beautiful restaurant on July 30th For drinks and appetizers. We sat outside on the patio and it was lovely, the food was delicious and the wine very enjoyable. We recognized that we were seated at the table for about 2 1/2 - 3 hours so we continued to order appetizers and dessert while we were enjoying our wine and we also planned on leaving a generous tip. Toward the end of our stay as we were ordering our final glass of wine and dessert and were told by the waitress that she could not serve us anymore alcohol and and it has something to do with the ABC but she could not explain exactly what the issue was. Being in my 60's and never being denied service in my entire life, I was quite taken aback. We were served the dessert but no more alcohol. We paid our bill and walked down the street to another establishment where we continued to have our final glass of wine and watch the sunset and then walk back to the hotel. I'm still baffled by what occurred.”
