It's an Arby's inside of a truck / travel stop. Food is as you would expect if you're familiar with Arby's. The only atmosphere is the colorful t-shirts the tourists are wearing.

It's great because it's literally the only one I know about in California. Also their new chicken and turkey sliders are yummy 😋
