Best taco truck/ mexican food in Lake county. One of my favorites Coming from the Bay Area its hard to find authentic flavor. Love how they let you get your own salsa and peppers. This place is a hidden gem.
So I've been past las cazuelas quite a few times. It seems like they are always busy but this time not so much so I pulled in off the highway to get some lunch. I will say the food quality is good. The burrito that I had was very large and very tasty.
The homemade avocado salsa and red salsa was very good. I also got the tacos adobada which you don't always see around here and they were very tasty as well. I give them. Kudos for using the small flower tortillas...
