El Pollo Loco offers delicious, hot, and crispy chicken with the right amount of spice. The salad is fresh and the tortillas are warm. The service is commendable, with employees like Destiny providing great customer service by being courteous and efficient. Many customers appreciate that their orders are always delicious and served hot by the day shift crew. Despite some confusion with orders, the management and staff remain attentive and kind, ensuring that customers receive the correct order.
