I never go to Starsucks, only in if I'm killing time and the Superior coffee chain Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is not around. This Starsucks has to be one of the worst in California. How do you screw up a coffee order three times? And then the manager comes out and manages to make it all about her, and blames me, the customer for her incompetent employees?
