Even if you’re a paying customer there’s No where to wash your hands or use the restroom! You could tell the guy was tired of everyone opening the utility door, well then put a SIGN at the front door then my Guy smh

I recently visited the Subway in Malibu, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. The staff seemed disinterested, and the overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. The sandwich I ordered lacked freshness. The bread was dried and hard to eat, and it felt like they had been sitting out for too long. Also, the soup.
