First off, 1,000 stars to the manager Marcos, and staff Jacinto, Lucy, and everyone else in this establishment. All staff are very kind to their locals and to people passing through! Subway in Malibu might not be the best choice for a satisfying meal. The staff seemed disinterested, and the cleanliness was lacking. The sandwich was disappointing, with dried bread. They do not accept discount coupons, which is a downside. However, the service from Marcos was exceptional, as he helped with a large order promptly. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
