“Mammoth’s best kept secret. We chanced upon this food truck while looking for some quick and easy breakfast and I consider ourselves lucky to have found it. Service is great, the crepes were spot on and the eating area in front of the truck is very airy with ample seating and good parking options.“

“Since moving to Mammoth back in August, I have been very disappointed with the dining choices. Elixir is fabulous! So happy to finally find such wonderful flavor profiles. the chicken on my salad was very well prepared and the smoothies were outstanding!“

“The ice latte I got here was delicious! My husband also really enjoyed the spiced apple cider. My only complaint about this place is the lady who served us gave us some odd glances that made us feel a little unwelcome. Despite that, I would still go back.“

“Food was decent. My meal was tasty but not killer. Would eat it again, for sure.

The thing that made me really happy was how bi-cultural/bilingual the place is. The service is very fast and efficient, which I super appreciate, but when the server hit me, a white dude who is literally in the middle of an unwanted move back from years in Latin America, with a "¿Todo bien?" about my meal, that was like a hug from a stranger. More than half of the clientele was Spanish speaking.
Is the whole town like this? Gonna have to vacation here if it is.“
