Uncle Jimmy's BBQ

This place is absolutely one of the best barbecue joints we've ever been to. I would consider myself a barbecue and smoker aficionado. I own a number of smokers back home and I really have to say this place is on another level. We ordered a full rack of baby back ribs and a pound of tri-tip. This place is the bomb! We usually stop by Holy Smoke in Bishop or Copper Top in Big Pine on the way up to Mammoth. This time, we took a chance on Uncle Jimmy's and we were impressed. I'm going to say we think this beats the others mentioned (and that's saying a lot). We ordered the Mountaineer with ribs, chicken and tri tip. Everything was absolutely delicious. Great service ! Very hospitable staff working here and the food is finger licking amazing !!!! Our English Bulldog was given a free treat from the worker which was so nice!! The whiteboy sauce is amazing!!!
