“Wow! I can’t believe I did not try this location sooner. As soon as you walk in the vibe is amazing, but that’s not the best part. The aroma of everything being cooked is so appealing.

I had the miso soup combo with a California roll. The noodle, the pork, the egg and the broth was delicious. You have to try it for yourself!

The price was perfect and I had it to go (in all honesty I should have dined in, next time). I will come back to try more of the delicious food.

Kid-friendliness: I know my kids would love to come and eat here.

“Part of a chain, the Manhattan Beach Silverlake Ramen serves up a solid meal of Ramen (also saves me from driving to Sawtelle Blvd to eat). The Ramen is well prepared, properly spiced/flavored, and served at a proper temperature. This is the go to dish when you come here. I get the Blaze with pork because I want the extra spice level and it warms me up in the winter.
The rice bowl and the appetizers are all tasty and well prepared with good sized portions.
Service is good and they will attend to your needs but the wait staff is in between a lot of tables so it can get slightly spotty during service rushes. They will drop water carafes on the table so you do not need to ask for refills. There is a Silverlake Rewards app that is great to use to get free items if you consistently dine here, so I suggest downloading it. The points update quickly after you pay for a meal.
The environment is inside but the end of the restaurant is open to the outside of the Manhattan Village outside mall area. There are plenty of heat lamps if you are near the outside so you will stay warm. The bathrooms are clean and well serviced.
Definitely will return to dine here.“

“The curry is very good and not too heavy or salt. It goes very well with the poached egg and beef nikutama was very flavorful with the onions. The tempura was very soft and flaky. I've been here a couple times and loved getting the dashi broth and miso udon along with other tempura items available like the shrimp or zucchini.

There's a fair amount of seating along with outdoor seating. Plenty of parking available in the plaza with other restaurants there. The staff was nice and attentive to the items you wanted.“

“I have been going here for a while. Food is consistently good. The owners are very kind. Food is not salty but flavorful but just in case you want it salty they do have salt and pepper on the table. My girlfriend and I love to choose number two and number three in the menu.“

“Absolutely blown away by this amazing Chinese restaurant! We started with the Beijing duck, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve had—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. You could taste the quality and care put into every bite.

We also ordered the fried chicken wings, and they were packed with flavor—perfectly crispy, seasoned just right, and seriously addictive.

The char siu, sausage, and shrimp fried rice was a total standout. Every bite was loaded with rich flavor and generous portions of meat and seafood, making it one of the most satisfying fried rice dishes I’ve had in a long time.

The fried tofu was also delicious—crispy on the outside, soft and silky on the inside, and paired perfectly with the dipping sauce.

“For a small take out poke place, this was great. The fish was fresh, and all the ingredients in our poke bowls were well thought out. We had the mango albacore poke bowl and the shitake chili tofu bowl.

Lots of people came and picked up takeout. They do have two small tables in the front on the sidewalk. I would definitely get their poke bowls again. Not much atmosphere needless to say.“

My wife and I were exploring LA and staying in LA for our sixth wedding anniversary we stopped here for lunch and we loved it, I got the chicken and beef large bowel and my wife got the veggie bowl and it was delicious. “I found my new poke spot. They have poke, ice cream, and SUSHI here! The poke is extremely fresh and the price is the lowest I could find around me. The sushi rolls are really big and fresh. Look how cute the chopsticks are!! I believe they are made from bamboo. Overall the price, taste and portion sizes are 5/5 in my books This place is a must try if your in the area ^_~“

Just real authentic food without all the pretense of some of the beach city places that supposedly sell "Indian" food. The lunch buffet is reasonably priced and always well stocked and the wait staff are very pleasant and attentive to all our needs.“

So had to walk back home to get my wallet and I confess I thought about not going back and just making my own damn lunch. I even thought about driving the 1.5 blocks, but ended up walking back and I'm so happy I did.Got the Teriyaki Chicken Bento. Normally I don't order chicken because to me it's usually bland and dry, but their teriyaki chicken was perfect. The steamed veggies were just the way I like them, they weren't crunchy and not overcooked &soggy. Tempura was really good: shrimp, sweet potato, carrot, and squash - all the ones I like! The only thing I was slightly disappointed in was the potato salad because it was American deli style and not Hawaiian. It was still very good though just a bit too mustardy for me. And I loved the pickled radish and carrots - wish they doled out a bit more though.“

“So, I'm really picky when it comes to food and the last Korean BBQ place I went to made me not want to get Korean BBQ anymore. But we tried this place and it was excellent. The meats were good quality and tasty. They had just the right sauces and salts, and came around to help us organize and cook the meats. The side dishes were so good and when they ran low, the owners would fill them up again so we were never low on sides. Three bowls of rice was just enough for three people. We ordered the $88 meal which was plenty for three of us and would have been good for four. Will definitely go again.“

My order is chicken avacado. Only think is I miss the chili garlic that other places have but this place is still better. Been coming here for two years. Always hits. “This was our first visit here and we really enjoyed the food. To start we had the crispy crab/cream cheese wontons. They were creamy and full of chunks of crab meat. For dinner we shared the Sweet & Sour pork, Mongolian Beef and the Veggie Low Mein. It was all super tasty! The low mein had tons of freshly sautéed carrots, brocolli, zuchini, cabbage and snow peas in a great sauce. The Mongolian beef was super thin and tender sautéed with green onion in a rich sauce. The sweet and sour pork was very traditional but you could see and taste the quality... no skimpy cuts of pork or over breading! I was wonderful! The manager (or owner, not sure) was offering a free garlic noodle dish to any table with a check over $50... we had never tried garlic noodles before but they were so simple but so rich with a buttery garlic sauce that they paired perfectly with the rich sauces of the other dishes. Service and atmosphere was wonderful. We will be back to try more! *Bonus they had a large TV (no sound but with subtitles) playing the World Series!

Vegetarian options: The table next to us was a large all vegetarian group. They had tons of options on thier table which they all seemed to enjoy.
