This beautiful Junmai Ginjo is aged for a minimum of 3 years in Hakkai Brewery's snow-storage room, called the Yukimuro. The flavor is initially subdued, before it unfolds the rich and solid sake that it is. While nestled comfortably in tanks chilled by literal tons of pure white snow, it develops into a round and smooth sake with a subtle and fine aroma and a mellow, dry finish.

Very fresh sushi! We sat at the sushi bar and had a great time. The chili edamame was delicious and every sushi roll that we had was delicately prepared and fresh tasting. If you want the spot at the sushi bar, make sure to arrive right when they open at 5pm!

I have been going this restaurant for over 10 years now I won’t go there any more due to bad customer service
Can they really focus on customer service satisfaction?
I found a fish bone on sea bream sushi I couldn’t eat so I mentioned to my server but he didn’t apologize and didn’t take it off from bill so I gave $5 tip to show I was not happy with their service.

Too bad they lost one sushi lover customer
