“5 STARS FOR KAREN!!!!!! But, on the other hand, the other lady that was working tonight on 10/1/2022 around 7:45 was not 5 stars.. We walked in and the other lady was immediately rude and looked irritated that my boyfriends son wanted to try a flavor and had rolled her eyes. She then had told us that the cold brew was out when we had tried to order the cold brew.. Karen had then walked up and corrected the other lady and went and got more cold brew that took her 2 seconds to make, kinda lazy if you ask me but miss Karen stepped in and helped with the rest!! super sweet and helped up to the greatest extent!! “I placed an order for delivery a few nights ago. Well, there was a problem with the order. I called, and when I started to describe the issue, the young lady knew exactly what had happened. She was apologetic, and she asked if I would come by so that they could make things right, and I agreed. When I showed up a day or so later, I was assisted by another very nice, apologetic young lady who was aware of the issue. Everything was made right, and I left very pleased. People can be so rushed, hostile, and rude these days. These young ladies were a breath of fresh air. Good customer service is much appreciated. But being polite and kind is everything.“
