“I came in the other day and was greeted by the sweetest smile. The associate who helped me, Shanice was so friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I hadn’t been in in a while so I was asking a lot of questions, tried a few samples and she was so pleasant the whole time. I ended up getting a few scoops for myself, my mom & my baby girl. She also assisted me getting ice cream sandwiches from the freezer. Her service was so amazing. I left a larger tip than I usually do this kind of thing. She 100% deserves that plus more. It’s nice one places invest in amazing employees like Shanice. I hope they cherish her. I love the new remodeling as well. The ambience is very clean and eye-catching.“

“Bought my mom a vanilla confetti ice cream cake for her birthday, a little pricey but the quality was worth it. Tasted delicious and the smaller cake was more than enough for 6 people. Was able to personalize what was written and the color of the writing. Staff had it ready on time and was kind at pick up!“

“Paiten is such an amazing employee she was very sweet and I can tell she’s a hardworking woman trying to get things done as soon as possible. She is seen doing more cleaning work from what I saw than the other two guys I had seen there. She definitely needs to be paid more or be raised a status level“
