“The hubby and I just messing around fat backing😂 then fell into this spot and had us a good ole time. I tried 2 new flavors and almost had a fat attack it was so good. I came in there for 1 scoop and messed around and left with 4 scoops. Just crazy. Hubby is a skinny fat. He came out of there with the big tub of ice.🤦🏿‍♀️😂. The employees name was Lillianna, she was the sweetest, kindest little baby. She was laughing at us because we just than lost her mind. She wasn't side eyeing us, she just let us have our fat moment. “We left Buckhorn BBQ + Grill, heading home and we decided to grab ice cream. We drove past several establishments and we just didn't feel like standing in line on such a beautiful day. So Baskin-Robbins was a wonderful choice. Not a lot of people, plenty to choose from and it was well worth the stop. If you ever decide to visit Baskin-Robbins, it's a flavor ice cream with nuts that is really, really good.“

The shop is always exceptionally clean, bright, and well-stocked with all the classic 31 flavors as well as their delicious rotating monthly specials. “Came because I’ve been craving Baskin-Robbins but don’t like to eat ice cream when it’s not that hot. Makes me cold fast. Today was in the 90’s. Got my single adult scoop in a waffle cone. I forgot how giant the cones were! They’re a great size, and the scoop wasn’t small. Filled the cone. I was worried it wouldn’t, so I’m glad they proved me wrong. Definitely worth the price.

**P.S. The review below me gave them a bad rating because of a COUNTY-WIDE power outage. They don’t control that. No one knew what was going on or why random places and random homes in different North and South communities had a power outage. That’s not a Baskin-Robbin’s issue. SMUD gave no explanation either. Extremely weird. I think that guy was just having a bad day and took it out on Baskin-Robbin’s.“

“I've always had an enjoyable experience here. I'm sure it's changed ownership over the years, but it's always been here while growing up. The ice creams and varieties are always changing to be up with the times. I would have to say we enjoy the German chocolate ice cream when it's in. We don't really have a favorite. The smoothies are also very good. They also have ice cream cakes available for just about all occasions. The ambiance is quaint and home like. Thanks for always being a part of my childhood and my kids' childhood. At least I know that coming back home, this location is always here.“

“Tried to call the day before and day of to ensure they received my order for a birthday cake but no one ever answered the phone. Thankfully they did have the cake ready but I would appreciated a confirmation before driving over. Lady was nice once she got to me.“

“This location is horrible. Yesterday, 6/17/25 around 7pm, my son and I each got a scoop of cherries jubilee. The cashier Joshua was extremely rude and obviously didn't want to be there. When we got the ice-cream, he just put it down and said, "here". He did not give up a receipt, but that was fine. We got home and put the ice-cream in the freezer for after dinner. Around 9pm, my son came out of his room disgusted and shied me a small black hair in the bottom of the cup. I called the store and spoke to Joshua. I told him what happened and he immediately snapped " do you have a picture!?" I told him yes and that I still had the cup with said hair in it. He told someone in Spanish that i said there was a hair and what should he do. He then told me to go to the shop and he'd fix it. I told him that I wasn't going out at almost 9:30pm and asked if I could come by tomorrow (6/18/25). He said no, I had to go in right then." NO. It has to be tonight" I told him I would call tomorrow and speak to someone else. Today,5/18/25, I called and spoke to Sandra. She said no manager was there and rudely asked," why, what do you want?". I explained what happened and she responded with," so what do you want me to do?" I asked what she would do if she had hair in her ice-cream. She said I could come in and she'd fix it. I picked up my son and we went in. I told her that we spoke on the phone and her attitude went even more down the toilet. She said "I called him (Joshua) and he said told to to come in with your receipt" I told her he didn't give us one and she insisted that he had. She said " him and the girl working with him saw the receipt" I told her that the girl working with him was at the back of the store by the employee area, playing on her phone. She said "NO, he told me this!" I said well Joshua is a liar and she argued that he "doesn't lie" I said how do you know and she raised her voice and snapped " Because he is my son!". I laughed and told her he's a liar and she yelled that her son does not lie and she knows he doesn't lie. I asked " So, because he's your son, he doesn't lie?" And she said yes. I asked when the manager would be there and she wouldn't tell me, she was mad because her son is a dirty liar. So that was a waste of time. Mostly because a are bad attitude having, lying jerks. I got home and called the customer service number only to get a recorded message saying " unfortunately we can take you call at the moment" and disconnected the line. Thanks for nothing Baskin-Robbins. Your employees at that location are garbage and always give rude, bad service. I guess its my fault fot thinking a bad business would actually improve their customer service, silly me. I am posting the pictures of the hair in the cup and Sandra, the jerk that insists that her lying son doesn't lie. Avoid the Crocker location like the plague, unless you want to deal with garbage Sandra and her non lying son, Joshua.“
