I honestly don't come to robins or cold stones without some good coupons because they're so expensive however the coupon itself was really misleading it didn't state that it only covered a free waffle cone and not a scoop of ice cream with that cone so I ended up purchasing a triple scoop and an individual scoop for the free waffle cone. They had a variety of flavors which is good but for the prices of their ice cream, cakes and cones it's not worth it especially if you want to...read full review

Food was fine that'd about it. When we went in there was no one in there except for 2 employees, and neither of them said hi (to be fair one was doing dishes) and the other one was texting on her phone and as we were looking she looked up and said "are you guys ready?" No hi or nothing. We said no not yet and she immediately looked back down at her phone texting again. Then when we were ordering she just looked annoyed the whole time making our 3 different items. Whatevs
