Food was fine that'd about it. When we went in there was no one in there except for 2 employees, and neither of them said hi (to be fair one was doing dishes) and the other one was texting on her phone and as we were looking she looked up and said "are you guys ready?" No hi or nothing. We said no not yet and she immediately looked back down at her phone texting again. Then when we were ordering she just looked annoyed the whole time making our 3 different items. Whatevs

Am outside the location now. Service sucks. Not only do they not acknowledge you but instead help the people that came in after you! This was not the 1st time it happened. Would not give it a star.

I honestly don't come to robins or cold stones without some good coupons because they're so expensive however the coupon itself was really misleading it didn't state that it only covered a free waffle cone and not a scoop of ice cream with that cone so I ended up purchasing a triple scoop and an individual scoop for the free waffle cone. They had a variety of flavors which is good but for the prices of their ice cream, cakes and cones it's not worth it especially if you want to take your family out that's possibly large I'd suggest rite aid if you're budgeting because you get a better price for the many flavors they offer there on the cones ice cream scoops etc though with rite aid's closing down all over you may be forced to buy the expensive ice cream when going out. I'd recommend this place only if your budget allows this "five star place ".

Okay for cake taste but the look and execution is very terrible. I ask for both cakes to say happy birthday, one in English and one in Spanish but disappointed

Racist employees work here. I was walking to another store, never stepped into Baskin Robbins or even looked inside the window and they had some fake security guard follow me. Sorry I didn't look into your ugly direction. Lady you need to wear a bag over your head. Oh and the fake security told me it was a lady working the shift, that's how I know. Thanks for F--;ing nothing

I have to say out of all the years I've been coming to my neighborhood Baskin&Robbins, I was so shocked and disappointed to come in today and see the conditions. It was hotter inside the store than it was outside and outside it is a hot and humid summer day! The employees, though still nice, each looked horrible with flush cheeks and profusely sweating, which leads me to wonder who is running this shop and working these young employees this way? When a business doesn't value it's employees, the customers and store will suffer along with the employees. Owners had better correct this or I'll be filing a complaint on behalf of employees. These conditions are absolutely unacceptable, such a shame to see in our neighborhood.
The gals wanted ice cream after Pho Sacto meal so I suggested this location rather than drive an added 5 miles down Truxel (from our home) cuz we were already 2 miles from here. Good call. Been here a couple times in the past. Usually after Ranch 99, Yum buffet or other. They got double scoops each (listed in the photos). They liked it as usual. I just sampled theirs as I was full from dinner. Nice workers. Easy spot to get that craving handled.

3 employees on floor and very poor customer service.. 1 employee was decorating a cake, 1 employee standing and talking to other employee, and the last employee helping another customer about cake decorations. There is a lack of communication and sense of urgency at this location

The double scoop peanut butter cups and snickers are almost the single size of the bubble gum. The double scoop brownie quite disappointing. The scoops appear to be kid scoop for the full cost

They no longer give you the ice cream and I was waiting over 30 min for my order to be finished several people completed it before the lady that served me I never want to come to this one again I do not recommend also after the ice cream melted they refused to remake it
