“Ramen 101 is an outstanding spot, the kind of place where the energy, the food, and the service all hit at the same level. The moment you walk in and see it packed, you know you’re in the right place. That kind of crowd doesn’t happen by accident it’s a sign of a kitchen that delivers and a team that knows what they’re doing.
The food is phenomenal. Every bowl comes out rich, flavorful, and balanced, with portions that actually satisfy. You can tell they care about quality, nothing feels rushed or sloppy. It’s comfort food done right.
What really elevated the experience, though, was the service. Ann is exceptional, genuinely attentive, courteous, polite, and incredibly helpful. She checks in at the right moments, anticipates what you need, and makes you feel taken care of without ever hovering. That level of service is rare, and it makes the whole visit feel even better.
Overall: 5 stars, easy. Great food, great atmosphere, and truly great people running the place. Highly recommended to anyone in the area.“

“The rice was flavored wonderfully. All the food was fresh. Loved the teriyaki chicken.“

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an excellent experience at the Manteca Ono Hawaiian BBQ thanks to Manager Marisa. I accidentally placed an online order for the Modesto location, and when I contacted the Modesto store, they were unable to help me resolve the issue. Since I was already in Manteca and couldn’t drive all the way to Modesto to pick up the order, I was very frustrated.

Marisa went above and beyond to assist me. She took the time to understand the situation and helped me get a refund for the order, even though it had been placed at a different location. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a positive experience.

Outstanding customer service like this is rare, and Marisa truly deserves recognition. Thank you for your patience and dedication to helping customers. I’ll definitely continue supporting the Manteca location because of service like this! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“
