I had an excellent experience at the Manteca Ono Hawaiian BBQ thanks to Manager Marisa. I accidentally placed an online order for the Modesto location, and when I contacted the Modesto store, they were unable to help me resolve the issue. Since I was already in Manteca and couldn’t drive all the way to Modesto to pick up the order, I was very frustrated.

Marisa went above and beyond to assist me. She took the time to understand the situation and helped me get a refund for the order, even though it had been placed at a different location. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a positive experience.
