“We brought our daughter who was here from out of town. They were busy, so Kristy the servers assistant took our table of 5, and Kristy made our experience SO AWESOME! She was SO kind , professional, and attentive!! She even celebrated our daughter's birthday, and to everyone who participated in the birthday volcano, THANK YOU!!! The food was AMAZING, and the atmosphere is TREMENDOUS!!

“Biggest torta I ever had! Big enough to share and packed with meat also pineapples! The tacos , burritos and nachos was so flavorful too! The owner was really nice and friendly made me feel comfortable! There is plenty parking and a cute little seating area and also a park for the kids to play around! Highly recommend!“

“We recently ordered catering from Hawaiian Grille Express for a birthday party, and we were blown away! I chose this place because it was a place my family enjoyed eating at, and I am so glad I chose them to cater our event. Very reasonable prices, and outstanding food! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!“

“I visited this restaurant twice. It was so good I went back for seconds, lol. However, the second time I ordered a meat meal. The bbq Hawaiin chicken was so good both times, but the chicken Katsu lacked seasoning but was crunchy and hot. I loved the macaroni salad! I will still eat here, but I will order the bbq chicken

“Pleasanton, CA. Onolicious kalua pork, not too salty, zero fat or grease, it was great! Nice cold fresh Hawaii-style mac salad and rice. Perfect L&L taste.I’m a kamaaina and I stumbled across this L&L while charging my electric car behind the nearby store. Was i super happy to find this!

“Absolutely Delicious Poke!
I tried Pokebowl and was blown away!
The poke bowl was huge and incredibly fresh. The rice was perfectly cooked, soft, and flavorful and honestly, I almost never finish all the rice anywhere, but here I couldn’t leave a single grain!
The fish was super fresh, the sauces were perfectly balanced, and everything came together beautifully. I also tried the Thai Tea with mango boba so refreshing and delicious!
The service was fast and friendly, the place is clean and cozy. Definitely coming back and highly recommend it to anyone who loves fresh, tasty poke!“

“Our family has known Peni, Sherry,there kids and grandkids for over 12 yrs now. Once I saw and smelled the bbq over 12 yrs ago I gravitated towards it and have been a huge fan since. Their island q is the best on the mainland and I recommend trying it all since I don’t have a favorite. You can see the passion and love that this family puts towards sharing a little bit of their heritage through their food with all of us. I highly recommend giving it a try and definitely passing the word to others. Spend some time and say hi and you might also have friends for life. Mahalo 🤙“
