Usually great service I only go through the drive through. Food is always hot. I go to this particular McDonald's on Tuesdays because it is on the way to the casino. Only complaint is I wish they would always give a large drink with the meal deal. Sometimes it a small drink. Most of the time it is large though.

The blonde lady that was a manager young It was very helpful in making the customer happy after asking for my French fries to be stuffed full instead of Such a little bit that is normally given. The original cashier on drive through said she had to ask the manager if she could stuff the French fries full. Which makes me understand why I pay for a large and I really only get a small fry in that large container. It's all a scam but this manager made it right thank you in Manteca...read full review

McDonald's provides a welcoming atmosphere with plenty of free parking. The mid-evening manager is praised for her excellent customer service skills, being helpful and professional. The food is often satisfying, with polite and nice employees. The kids' area is a bonus. However, some customers have experienced issues with orders, such as missing items and cold food. Despite this, the staff is willing to make amends when notified. Overall, McDonald's can be a relaxing spot, but inconsistencies may occur.
