“I've been here twice already, I'm going to keep coming back. The mushroom Ravioli melt in your mouth, the flavor is mouth watering. 😋 10/10 The Caesar salad is perfectly dressed, not soggy or too dry. the flavor is delicious 😋 10/10 The Chicken and Shrimp Tuscany (I think that's what it was called?) Omg...color me impressed. It was a lunch special recently, it was chicken and shrimp over a bed of spaghetti in a pesto sundried tomato sauce with curry -it was like a fusion between Italian and Indian food 😋 👌 If I could eat this everyday I would. Whoever is cooking, knows what they are doing, it's amazing food. Their service staff is pretty good too, good customer service, on top of their orders and drink service, drinks are not sitting empty forever and take home containers come out in good timing. The staff is good with parties of 10+, great care is given to us while we are there Thank you for making our events great experiences!“

“Hands down The Best Cafe in the Central Valley. Serving satisfaction since its inception in 1996, Bean & Leaf Cafe is the longest running Coffee Shop in Manteca. Since then, it has accumulated multiple awards and accolades along the way, most recently winning this years best Coffee Shop in the "Best Of Manteca" yearly poll publication, in addition to Espresso Bar Of The Year in the "Best Of 209" readers poll. “My friend said this was the best shaved ice you could get. I didn't see how shaved ice could really be different anywhere, but now I understand. I got the candyland and it was delicious. I'd tried some of my friends tiger blood with an ice cream scoop in it, and another friends with a coconut syrup on it. I definitely need to come back here“

“I’m not from anywhere, unless you count Fremont, Ca. and my Parents always taught me to be open to trying new food, experiences, and gave me a Passion for Life, That being said, I tried it, I never liked it, until I tasted something called Halal prepared Lamb and Beef and Extra Long Grain Rice and more. I haven’t had anything that I didn’t like or wouldn’t re-order from this local Family Owned establishment! I think one of the most amazing things is trying to describe the flavors of the different spices that aren’t used and typical ““ American cuisine. I found this in my travels to other cultures with other foods where you ask the person to describe the flavor, and they can’t. They are at a loss for words. And so am I? But I know that I won’t be disappointed with anything that I order.“

The food in China does not compete…I’d also like to commend the nice curly headed young man for such great service and hospitality, he made me feel welcome to this country! Every time I’ve come in, Cass or Indio had been very helpful to me offering me samples to taste before purchase, carrying cases of wine to my car, and have made the indoor wine tasting experience amazing. This spectacular customer service showcases the “family” feeling that is in the name of this winery.“

“Best tacos not greasy and quality meat not just fat and really hot sauces when you ask for them! But they are still hot but not stupid hot with no flavor like others. They have a unique flavor ? exquisite and fresh daily a friend recommended it too me he goes everyday for 3 tacos at least! I go when I am close definitely a must try!!“

“We came to this cafe on a Sunday around 10:30 am and it was super busy, yet customer service was amazing and we didn't wait long for our drinks. We ordered from the Holiday menu and when our Grinch Drink got messed up from the cup lid, they were generous enough to remake my drink. I am super grateful for their time and efforts to make our experience jolly! The Grinch drink was super cute, and the matcha flavor was delicious! I will definitely go back to try their food, everything around me looked delicious and smelled great.“

“No complaints about food, but would not order online. As with any food service lately, they are short staffed and calling them with your order and agreeing to a pickup time will garner a more successful transaction.

“So the rusty hook is an interesting place. It's a little bit dive bar, a little bit cheers and a little bit..... Different. If you haven't been, it's worth a try. You'll get patted down before you go in but that's how they keep out the riff Raff. The drinks are well made and strong, the clientele is usually really nice and karaoke night is a blast (it's Thursday by the way).“
