Awesome experience! There were a lot of people, but we were seated right away. The wait staff checked on us frequently. The drinks and food came out in very good time. A great and cheerful atmosphere. The garlic bread was to die for! Caesar salad was simple and delicious. My standards on pasta are very high - there are very few places that make the cut, but C&O Trattoria made it quite easily - al dente. This place is seriously impressive. We visited whilst on holiday in the US from the UK and were doubtful we'd find good Italian food to the standard we Europeans are used to so far from the continent, but wow, we were proven wrong!Staff are lovely and the food is exceptional. We had a salad and ravioli, both of which were delectable. The gentleman we assumed was the owner/maite d' was very friendly, as were the waiters who served us.
