If you are from the east coast like me and think you're getting anything close to an east coast bagel, beware. I just ate the most disgusting bagel sandwich of my life. Premade eggs, everything bagel was bland with zero flavor, upcharged $2 for onions and bell peppers to get 4 pieces of each on the sandwich. $13 straight into my trash can? Never again. Was staying in the area and wanted some comfort breakfast food- originally from the east coast and these bagels hit the spot! Loved the sun dried tomato spread, service was quick even though it was busy. Looking forward to coming back next time we're in town.

I cheated on my typical bagel place (a Brooklyn themed spot which is closer to LAX), to try something new, and boy, do I regret it. If you're not used to a proper, well...East Coast style bagel and only have known frozen reheated bagels then this place may be passable, but I was extremely underwhelmed by the two bagels I tried here. Aside from the food, the staff were fine, albeit a bit slow. The place was pretty busy which led me to believe it might be good, but that flew out the window when I tried both of my bagels. Both were like burger buns seasoned like a bagel with cream cheese instead of a burger in the middle. If you're expecting a taste of nyc this ain't the one.

This place is clutch for breakfast if you're ever in the marina. Cinnamon raisin with vegan cream cheese - love Blueberry with regular cream cheese - love! Super cinnamon - LOVE!!!! They have lots of self serve coffee dispensers and also make a mean cappuccino. Quick service! Tables and counters to sit at. Will come back again!

Second time I order some bagels to go and a pre-cut bagel is in my bag. Once you cut a bagel it starts going stale. I wouldn't order a bagel prepped there cause you wouldn't get a fresh bagel. Keep those pre cut bagels away from the fresh ones.

This is our second time here, the bagel selection is great. We have tried the regular bagel, garlic bagel and cranberry bagel. They all have been really good.

Fast service and very accommodating - even on a busier Saturday. East Coast Bagel opens at 6:30am on Saturday. Lots of people watching & a constant flow of individuals that stop on through. Keep up the great work to provide bagels for MDR!

I have been coming here for many years I have no problem with the food. I will no longer patronize this place because of the way the staff and owner reacted after I had an altercation with a man who got aggressive with me because he thought I had cut in front of him after he stepped out of the line. Because he had greeted the owner, who was in the kitchen, I asked to speak with her about what had happened. (I am a woman, and I was alone at the time.) She told me he probably had mental problems, and there was nothing she could do about it. When I was waiting for my food (and the wait tends to be excessive here), the man came up to me, got in my face, and asked if I had something to say to him. I told him loudly to get the f@ck away from me. Still no response from anyone who works here. No kindness, no sympathy, no "I'm sorry this happened." They have lost my business.
