I just got some to go chicken tenders and fries here for the first time at the Palo Alto location and it was delicious! Everything was so good, I loved the house sauce as well. I would highly recommend, and I'm pretty picky about my food.

Super dry boneless chicken wings. Over breaded, stiff and dry meat, too salty. The garlic aioli turned out to be garlic butter not mayo? Making it super greasy. Sauces are under whelming. One of the worst fries I’ve had lately - not fresh, dry, stiff, no flavor. Drinks are good. The Nashville chicken sandwich - flavors are good, but again too much breading. Took a few bites to get to the meat. The staff seem overall inexperienced. When I asked them if perhaps they gave me nuggets instead of boneless wings since they’re so dry, they couldn’t really give me a clear answer or just chose to ignore me. The ambience is nice, good decor. I had higher hopes for them. Perhaps other locations would be better?

This place is definitely not bad. I got the sweet Thai tenders which were very tasty. The meat to breading ratio was balanced pretty well where there wasn’t any time I was eating just breading which some fried chicken places can do. They were a bit smaller than I expected though. I wouldn’t mind trying this place again for one of their sandwiches.

Best chicken tenders! They were crazy busy when I went in, but they were very attentive and let me know the status of my order and how much longer he expected my wait to be. There was a bit confusion with my sauces but they immediately added the missing ones. I did not realize when you said all fries that you would actually get two gigantic containers of fries lol. Next time I know :) Food was amazing. I'll definitely be going back.

This was my first time here & first time to try their chicken sandwich. The bread wad soft & fresh but I find the chicken dry a little chewy. I think it's overcooked. It's not something I'll order again but the atmosphere and the service and their friendliness more than made up for my disappointment. I will definitely come back again and try another dish.
Parking: Parking here is always going to be easy. This is a big shopping center in the thick of Marina Del Rey where they have Pavillions, a 24 hour CVS and a few very good restaurants, 2 major banks, Supercuts and a very popular Japanese sushi place. I will definitely be back here at Starbird again and try their scrumptious looking salads.
Very modern fast food experience, actually a cut above fast food - more fast casual in taste, quality, and price. Fried chicken sandwiches are massive!
Parking: Plenty of parking in a shared lot.
