“The woman who manages the restaurant is a very hard worker and kind, it's obvious she's dedicated to the job. The dining area and restrooms
are always very clean there's a older gentleman who does a wonderful job keeping the place clean. Even when this restaurant gets very busy between the drive thru, curbside pickup and dine in customers they are able to complete orders in a reasonable amount of time and very seldom do they make mistakes on orders. Which I greatly appreciate because my order is pretty specific and I'm on a limited amount time during my lunch break. Anyone passing through the area and trying to decide whether to stop at the Arcata or McKinleyville location. I highly recommend stopping by this one to grab a bite to eat while driving through the area

“We hadn’t gone here in a long time because the sandwich quality left something to be desired but we decided to take a chance and I’m so glad we did!Wendy and Rose were absolutely killing it today!!Vicky is super nice but she can’t make a sandwich worth jack. It looks like a Dali painting when she’s done with it-Bottom line:make the sandwich like it was yours! I hope to continue to see Rose and Wendy at this store!“

There's simply no better way to celebrate Taco Tuesday with abundant subpar, cheap, low quality, tasty food that's still somewhat affordable.
We experienced outstanding customer service. Immediately warmly welcomed by the highly enthusiastic staff upon arrival. The facility was clean and the food was proudly served hot, fresh and delicious.
We historically never visit a Taco Bell for its abundant quality, instead we visit for affordable quantity. We try to keep it real considering where you're at and what we're really buying, Taco Bell should never be confused with real ethnic Mexican food. Unfortunately high prices, aggressive portion control and reduced quality are the combined trifecta of failed guest relations. Going in with low expectations means never being disappointed. Far and removed from ever being great, Taco Bell still never fails.
We eat the tacos there and get the burritos to go.

“The service was excellent when I went here. The soda machine is out of service though and everything else regularly available had to be requested from the front counter like napkins, straws, and ketchup. The food itself was what you'd expect from a Burger King but the orders were all surprisingly correct.“

“We were there right at opening and the feller running the ordering was also running the payment and counter. He did it with such grace and made no indication of it but quickly and efficiently provided some much appreciated food and coffee for us travelers. The food and coffee were great and well done. Would recommend.“
