The bartender told us to sit in any available table and nobody took care of us. We were waiting for 15 minutes. I feel like there is better places to eat and better service for sure!

We stopped in for bowl of Chowder as we were heading out of town. I'd say I'll definitely be back. Chocolate Martini was delightful. The Chowder was memorable. Server was attentive.

You're clearly paying for the view and not the food or service. The $30 chicken was dry and the waiter seemed annoyed we existed. As someone that used to work in food service this was a pretty underwhelming experience.

While we expected to have a "very good" experience at Flow Restaurant, we had an EXCELLENT experience !! The food was significantly better than we expected and, while sitting on the outside deck overlooking the blue waters of the Pacific, a pod of whales started spouting !!! Our server, Justin, was attentive and professional. He knew the menu and made suggestions, all of which we were thankful for. The Catch of the Day - scallops - were cooked perfectly. And the Rock Cod Tacos were just as good. The Chicken Wings appetizer was surprising in quantity but, especially, in quality - deliciously sauced; just right. The recommended "Grass is Greener" as well as the "Smoke on the Water" cocktails were refreshing and complimented our meal. Top it off with - what else - a Chocolate Tart and we waddled back to our cottage completely, totally relaxed and happy. What's not to love...thank you !!!

My wife and I had fish and chips with a nice view of ocean in the patio, 4 pcs fish was delicious, with tar tar like souce, chips or fries needs to be a little be more cruncher but was acceptable, its side salad was good. I didn't like the home made cola taste was kinda cloves and cinnamon taste, i missed coke! , didn't test other drinks, they didnt refill my cola, overall was a good restaurant. I used the rest room and it was clean. Staff was good, however nice ocean view is nice. I recommend.
