We stopped in for bowl of Chowder as we were heading out of town. I'd say I'll definitely be back. Chocolate Martini was delightful. The Chowder was memorable. Server was attentive.
While we expected to have a "very good" experience at Flow Restaurant, we had an EXCELLENT experience !! The food was significantly better than we expected and, while sitting on the outside deck overlooking the blue waters of the Pacific, a pod of whales started spouting !!! Our server, Justin, was attentive and professional. He knew the menu and made suggestions, all of which we were thankful for. The Catch of the Day - scallops - were cooked perfectly. And the Rock...
