My wife and I ate there three out of four nights. We had seafood every night and it was all excellent. The restaurant doesn’t take reservations. Even when quite busy the service was fast and friendly. They have quite a variety on the menu. The prices were very reasonable especially for fresh seafood. Highly recommend you try it if in Mendocino.

Pleasant atmosphere and setting, and reasonable service. Sandwich plates quite large, could have split one. Both (blackened fish sandwish and fish tacos) were acceptable but not great. Probably would not return given the many other lunch choices around.

One of my favorite place to eat in Mendocino! I love coming here because they have such a wide menu with tons of really good healthy food options. I really appreciate that they source ethically raised organic meats - it's so hard to find that level of quality and care in restaurant food these days. What makes this place extra special is that it's perfect for Monday nights when most other places in town are closed. I've learned this the hard way after multiple visits to Mendocino! There's nothing worse than driving into town hungry only to find everything shuttered on a Monday. I've been here multiple times now and it's honestly become my go-to spot whenever friends or family are visiting Spirit Camp or just coming to explore the area. The food is consistently delicious, the portions are generous, and you can actually feel good about what you're eating. Whether you want something light and fresh or more hearty comfort food, they've got options for everyone in your group. If you're staying at Spirit Camp and want a great meal out in town, definitely make the 12-minute drive to check this place out. It's become an essential part of my Mendocino experience!

Delicious dinner spot in Mendocino! Food is farm to table and you can tell, everything tastes clean and real and leaves you feeling nourished.

Got the Thai burrito and the healing bowl, both were incredible and hefty portions. Everything is very reasonably priced considering it’s all locally grown.

The desserts are INCREDIBLE! We ordered 3: cheesecake, key lime, carrot cake— legitimately best desserts I’ve ever had.

Make the stop!!

Anniversary dinner on the outside deck. 2 entrees without any drinks or dessert was $77. Swordfish was good with great sauce. Grilled rockfish was ok, vegetables were not hot. Service was good. Con for me was there is no ambience, i.e. no soft music, candles or flowers on the bare tables and they use paper napkins. Not a special dining experience. The plus is we got the table with a view of the distant water, which helped.

Absolutely superb dinner in every way. I had a pork chop, while others at my table enjoyed swordfish, ahi tuna, and the shrimp burrito. My pork chop was the best I have ever had. The sauces on the entrees were nothing short of exceptional, and the meats were cooked perfectly.

We also enjoyed a bottle of the Navarro pinot noir, a perfect accompaniment.
