The workers are the best. They are always happy and respectful to all customers.
So I had done an online only to discover we had it ordered to the wrong location 😑 so no Starbucks.
Anthony by far the best customer service I have had in a long time. He said no worries give me a minute and I'll have that ready for you. Was not expecting that level of customer service. Was ready to accept defeat and be left without Starbucks.
Instead thanks to him Starbucks trip was saved. Thank you Anthony hopefully corporate or upper management sees it and...read full review

We only went through drive thru but Clara was very nice. She was very friendly with everyone in the car. That’s very important to me, personally. Great service

This Starbucks Coffee Company location in Mendota is noted for its great and convenient service, particularly for early mornings. Many customers use the mobile order ahead feature, finding their drinks and snacks ready promptly. The hot Caramel Macchiato is described as extra delicious compared to other locations. While some drive-thru experiences can be frustrating, with strict policies on adding items like a cake pop at the window, the staff inside is often polite and quick to help.
The team receives praise for amazing customer service, patience, and being kind and welcoming. Several baristas are highlighted for going above and beyond, making drinks with care, and creating a comfortable atmosphere. Teamwork is evident, with staff working well together. However, consistency can vary, as some baristas are exceptionally attentive with smiles and greetings, while others are less engaging. Occasional out-of-stock items on bakery snacks are handled with offers to upgrade to available items at no charge. Overall, it is a favorite stop for many, especially due to these standout team members.
