Usually this Jamba makes a really good chunky strawberry bowl but I don’t know if today was an off day for them but my bowls base still had large pieces of frozen strawberries in and it definitely wasn’t as full as it normally is, hopefully it was an off day for them because usually their bowls are awesome
The young lady tried to help me with a coupon after I purchased a gift card but prior to today’s visit, it seemed like if I’m annoying these young kids. I have asked before for a substitute in a smoothie because I shop here often and my kids love to explore different fruits in a familiar smoothie. The workers tend to redirect me to use the tablet, even if I’m the only customer and they make a big amount and just dump the extra. Not sure who owns this franchise,...read full review
4pm and this poor guy is working all by himself. He’s doing a fantastic job getting all the orders out but, seriously, management needs to do better. It’s 4pm in July… of course your store is going to be busy. This guy (and no employee) should be having to handle this rush all by themselves.

Located in the 'Menifee Lakes Plaza' (Antelope & Newport Roads) next to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, this Jamba location is very small with zero seating. It is strictly a 'to-go' spot that encourages customers to order and leave. There is plenty of parking but no drive-thru. The drinks are always delicious and amazing like expected. The menu is the same as other locations, and the smoothies are nicely blended. Specific orders like the Strawberry Smoothie and Orange Dream Machine are positively delicious and perfectly blended. However, the shop is always understaffed, often with only one employee working. Due to the understaffing and large crowds, there is a long wait. Some workers, like Sonia, do an outstanding job working by themselves and keeping the store and work area clean. Another worker, Ashley, provided kind and professional service, being attentive despite the crowds. But other times, the lone employee seems bothered, and the customer service falls short. Overall, the experience is average; the smoothies are worth the wait, but the lack of customer service and seating makes returning undecided.
