I hate to write negative reviews, but my experiences at this McDonald's compel me to speak out. The quality check on orders here has seen a consistent decline over time. Almost every time I bring my family here, the orders are wrong, but last night's experience was by far the worst.We ordered burgers with extra condiments, and not only were the additional requests neglected, but there were no condiments on the burgers at all! This McDonald's is a pretty nice location. I had lunch here which was a happy meal on a road trip with some people. The service was excellent and unlike other locations where I have waited 5 to sometimes even 10 minutes to get my food and it would be faster to go in the restaurant to order, this location was super fast and it took 2 minutes. The team went the extra mile. My girl got a duplicate toy in he happy meal. She politely asked to exchange it and the staff went back and got her the one she wanted. She was so happy. It made our day.
