I placed a togo order to be ready at 6pm. I got there at 5:55, and all my food was cold, who knows how long it was sitting since I placed the order at 4:40 so I could pick it up on the way home. Simple instructions that they have when you place an order and they can't get it right.
I ordered a 15 piece of wings with fries and a drink on July 31, 2020. I drove to the restaurant to pick it up and once I returned home I realized i was missing 5 pieces of chicken. I politely called and complained. The young lady who’s name was Kylie answered the phone and was very polite. She said they would Comp my order and give me another 15 piece since they messed up the order. I then told her that it was only the 5 pieces missing but she insisted on comping a 15 piece....read full review
My boneless wings were dried out, and my fries were overcooked..and I paid close to $15 for a one person meal. The blue cheese dressing was thin and had no flavor!😒😝
