We dined here one late afternoon. This location was in walking distance from our hotel. We ordered the Lasagna and the Penne with Meat Sauce, along with a side Caesar Salad. Everything was delicious and we liked the fact you could order a small size, so we didn't leave the restaurant so full - the portion sizes were just right. Our server, Yesica C, was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We would definitely dine here again when we are in the area.

The food and service are always great here, consistent in the 3 different locations I've visited.

4 stars for the atmosphere, because it was a bit warm inside.

Expensive. $26 for fettuccine Alfredo to go with a small amount of chicken. It was tasty.

I normally order directly through Amici's but my wife just had surgery and a friend gave us a grubhub gift card.

The usually good Amici's lasagna was microwaved in the togo container so much that the sauce was stuck to the container, and the pasta was so hard it was unchewable. When I called Amici, there was a gentleman who answered that he told me too bad, that if I wanted a refund to go through Grubhub and hung up on me. When I called back and asked for a manager, the same gentleman answered and told me I could not speak to a manager and he was the only one there. When I asked him his name he asked why would I give you my name. I explained that the food quality was on Amici's and he could look up that we order often directly through them. He didn't care.

The quality of the food is 100% on Amici's, and we are frequent customers both in person and through their personal delivery. I was applauded by the response of the employee/manager. I have never had that type of service.

I am flabbergasted.

The pizza was delightful, but they also forgot the ranch that I paid for.

No wait at 4:30pm. Excellent staff that checked on us several times. Food was tasty, not the healthiest but the kiddos loved them. The location had lots of parking. Clean bathrooms. Airy atmosphere.

My friend raved about this restaurant. It was ok. Ordered ravioli. It was ok, maybe I need to try a different sauce with it. Great location. Service was very slow, I think they didn't have enough wait staff.
