The pizza is not bad. it aspires to be like new haven pizza but wouldn't be good enough to stay in business there. and the prices are insane.

Couldn’t find the pizza in the bucket of grease delivered to our door.

We dined during happy hour. Told by the waiter it’s was happy hour and everything is 20 percent off. We thought that was a good deal until the bill came. The prices are jacked up so high that the 20 percent off during happy hour wasn’t even relevant anymore. $17.50 for a kale salad that would cost about $4.00 bucks at trader joes is absurd. It was a somewhat tasty salad but still absolutely ridiculous at that price. We ordered two pizzas. One pizza half veggie half pepperoni. They charged me two separate price for each half portion! The price to dine here for a simple dinner is mind boggling. The $20 percent off during happy hour is a major hoax!

It was a very nicely designed restaurant with a slightly brighter front area which has large glass windows for sun, and then a darker overhead lamp area twords the back

Unfortunately, Amici’s is not as good as it used to be. They have always had great food, decent portions and reasonable prices. I ordered today and the price was higher, the portion smaller and the quality not as good. It’s sad to see one of my favorite places decline. I hope they are able to turn things around. If you are going to raise prices, don’t make the portions smaller and the quality worse.

Expensive and mediocre pizza. We tried two different pizzas and were disappointed by both. Very hard crust. Coming from New York and CT, this wasn’t close to any of the good pizza we used to eat.

This review might be a bit too critical since I grew up in the Midwest and Chicago was known for spectacular pizzas. The pizzas at Amici’s were good but lacking some pizzaz (pun intended). To be fair tho, it’s among the best in the Bay Area. A good mix of taste and health.

Amici's is always solid. Good crust, good flavor, efficient and friendly staff, you can't go wrong. My only complaints are that the large is basically a medium and the prices are quite high.

We dined here one late afternoon. This location was in walking distance from our hotel. We ordered the Lasagna and the Penne with Meat Sauce, along with a side Caesar Salad. Everything was delicious and we liked the fact you could order a small size, so we didn't leave the restaurant so full - the portion sizes were just right. Our server, Yesica C, was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We would definitely dine here again when we are in the area.

The food and service are always great here, consistent in the 3 different locations I've visited.

4 stars for the atmosphere, because it was a bit warm inside.
