Eylan Reviews
Second time here: very creative Indian cuisine with solid presentations and excellent service. I have only one complaint, and that the noise level in the restaurant is much too loud. The major problem is that it is difficult to understand the wait staff because they tend to be soft spoken, they are South Asian so gringos like us struggled to hear their beautifully accented English pronouncing words unknown to us. But we got through ordering without any snafus and loved the food...read full review
Atmosphere was amazing. The decor, the furniture was unique. The food was good I think but the portions were inconsistent. Some were just enough, others weren't, I couldnt justify the price and flavor for the portion we were getting. The drinks were expensive as well. And then the service, I felt the service was bad, they didnt pay attention to who needed what, I had to keep making eye contact or call folks to get things. Great food - unique twists on traditional dishes. Some very surprising. The crab filled bread was A+ for me I was not wowed by the chicken pulao. My wife has done better at home :) We went there for our anniversary and had an amazing experience

Eylan is a highly recommended restaurant known for its incredible food and great service. The menu features a variety of dishes, including kebabs, squash blossom main, frozen srikhand, bellweather farm ricotta, celeriac & pineapple kebab, chicken yakhni pulao, and Indian milk cake ice cream. The restaurant's decor is exceptional, with beautifully decorated interior that blends traditional and modern elements, complemented by artworks that create a magical ambiance. The service is attentive and friendly, though some reviews mentioned that staff can be pushy and curt, making it feel more like a place to eat quickly rather than to relax with friends. The food is excellent, with standout items like the taro root chaat, bellwether kebabs, and plantain kebabs served with thecha, and the flaxseed poee topped with burani raita, eggplant choka, and avocado dip. The ambiance, both indoors and on the patio, is lively and inviting, with complex-flavored cocktails to enjoy. Overall, Eylan is a fantastic spot for celebrations or trying a modern interpretation of Indian cuisine, despite some service quirks.
