My wife and I had the Vegetarian Sigdi Tasting Menu and it was fantastic. The flavors were dynamic and explosive. My spice tolerance is low and while I would say the spice level tested my limits, it was balanced wonderfuly with the other "cooling" flavors like mint, yogurt and fruit. The cocktials menu is a tasteful fusion of classic cocktails with an Indian "flare". To top it all off the service was outstanding. 5+ stars
The food is great and definitely with unique flavors. The vegetarian menu is also comprehensive and offers great choices. Overall, it was fresh and served really well. Although, the service for a Michelin star restaurant was not so good. Our primary server was not too interested and much of the service he offered was perfunctory. Weird but wonderful. Not anything like "normal" high-end Indian food. My friend called it a "fusion of fusion." But wonderful flavors and a great variety of options.
