“I absolutely love this place! my go to is the Oreo milkshake with a chocolate/banana crepe on the side.. everyone is always so kind as soon as you walk through the door :) Would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a sweet delicious snack near Menlo Park. “I go here all the time- since I go to the middle school down the road it’s very convenient. I ALWAYS get this drink- Strawberry lemonade, normal sweetness, no/less ice, 2x lychee jelly, 1x mango jelly. It’s always so good every time! The tofu cubes are not good but I don’t like tofu in general so that’s just me. It doesn’t take too long- but really depends on how busy it is. The staff is nice but doesn’t talk much. The atmosphere is nice too! I love the vibes of this place. I don’t get tapioca boba but the lychee and mango jelly is so good, especially if you love jello or stuff like that. It’s chewy but not too chewy, and very sweet. I recommend if you like fruity/sweet drinks.“

“I was very glad when the cafeteria opened, as I don’t like chain coffee shop and now I can just buy good coffee from local shop instead of 15 mins driving to Blue bottle. I always go with latte, and it is okay ish - it is definitely better than chain coffee but in my mind not up to other boutique cafes like blue bottle/verve, and not even to latte I made at home sometimes (and I don’t have an expensive Lamarzoco machine). Also as others pointed out, it is too milky with large cups. But the price is the same as the other boutique cafes! I was surprised when I first noticed the price: close to $8 for a grande latte? Anyways, still happy that we have a nice local coffee shop, but please keep the price reasonable for locals to support happily.“

“Mr. Sun’s Boba has been my FAVORITE café in the Bay Area since December 2023. I love Mr. Sun Tea because (1) the ambiance is welcoming and perfect for both reading and working (2) the boba is healthy. The tapioca pearls are made FRESH in-house daily, without any chemicals or artificial additives.

My go-to order is the RAINBOW Boba Milk Tea with three flavors of boba. I love it so much that I also order Mr. Sun for my gatherings and catering needs.“

“You never go wrong with Happy Lemon for boba. The location is in the heart of Redwood city. The parking is a bit hard, then you walk to the strip mall to get to the shop. The staff was friendly. My friend accidentally ordered the wrong item, and staff were happy to fix it. The shop is small with few tables, but it’s very neat and clean“

“I bought a fruit cup at the Earth Bar in LAX because the fruit looked like there was a possibility that every piece might actually be ripe. I was pleasantly surprised to discover every piece was indeed ripe-kiwi, mango, pineapiple, and grapes. This is a first for me in mass-marketed fruit cups.“
