Philz Coffee is a convenient location near the Caltrain, offering natural lighting and ample seating. The staff is youthful and energetic, making great drinks. Despite being relatively empty, the reviewer experienced poor service, waiting for their coffee while others received theirs first. The coffee is delicious, but the poor treatment and wasted money left a disappointing impression.
