“Delicious and beautiful! No one has ever made my morning coffee look as special as Alona did. She put so much creativity and care into it — the coffee wasn’t just a drink, it was like a little piece of art. The taste was amazing, and the presentation made me feel like I was in a high-end café. It’s such a wonderful way to start the day with something made so thoughtfully. Customer service was kind, and empathetic especially to my son when he accidentally dropped one of our drinks. You don't come across that too often -nonetheless towards a pre-teen. **Please enter this establishment with a smile or at least an okay attitude (even if it's before you've had your 1st cup of coffee)**“

“The staff in this Starbucks goes above and beyond. The cafe is clean, organized, and friendly. They greet everyone (often by name -- clearly many locals are satisfied repeat customers).

I needed a place to work for an hour and after a time, one of the partners approached me to ask if I wanted a refill on my tea. He got it out to me immediately, and even remembered my name. Lovely finish to my day while waiting out the traffic.“

“Starbucks has good and inexpensive coffee if you bring a mug, it’s $.50 for a refill at the Stanford University Starbucks and the staff are exceptionally charming get here early though I normally avoid a Starbucks, but the Stanford University Starbucks is on par with the narrator airport Starbucks, in my opinion for services and charm!“

“Starbucks inside a Safeway? Especially a cold Safeway? Perfect idea! The clerk barista that was there was super pleasant, quite affable and great sense of humor, AND he knows how to perfectly make a drink! I was a little sad they were out of toasted white chocolate mocha, but my regular kind is just fine.“
