One of those nice neighborhood Peet's across the street from Equator, another coffee shop. As always good coffee, nice and hot, and pleasant staff. Street parking in downtown Mill Valley is a bit dice sometimes but often parking literally up the side street around the corner.
We were in area after a visit to Muir Woods. After stopping at Mamahuhu for lunch, we decided to take a stroll through Downtown Mill Valley since it was our first time here for most of us. While walking, we came upon a Peet's. Since I didn't have my morning coffee, I decided to get a cup. The store was quiet with two customers enjoying their drinks at the tables. Demerit to the location for being out of both Italian and French roast, but a real positive shout out to new employee Scott. He bent over backwards to resolve the situation, looking upstairs, then calling the nearest Peet's in Tiburon. Thanks for trying, Scott!
