With ample indoor seating and free parking, it's a convenient spot to grab a bite. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the overall experience pleasant. The selection of sweets and drinks is a lot. Some highlights include the Strawberry Soft Cream Cake, which is light and airy, and the Garlic Sausage Pastry. The cakes and slices are surprisingly good, with the sweetness level spot on. Savory food could be hit or miss, but always fresh, and some have regular go-to's like the pastry frank. The porch seating is so nice, and the open entrance lights up the whole place. It’s a delightful part of Millbrae downtown. One minus is the online order, as they don’t seem to pay attention to online orders. It’s inefficient operation could use some more attention. Pastries are as you'd expect, perhaps on the sweeter side with that fake sugar taste.
