I ordered from here 3 times so far. Every single drink that I ordered, I specifically asked for light ice, but every drink I received had extra ice. They don't know what light/less ice mean.

Olivia’s Tanghulu is available there! These candied fruits are such a fun and nostalgic treat! So crunchy and delicious! They are the perfect balance of sweetness and texture, and they bring back childhood memories with every bite. Highly recommend grabbing some when you stop by! Such a unique and tasty find! Go early before they sell out!

I love boba and I love T4. I always come here to get my boba since it is the closest boba place to my house. My favorite one is the pearl milk tea. Their smoothies are also good too. They also have snacks and Korean foods. I highly recommend T4.

Parking: There is street parking in front but it can be difficult to find parking at times because it is on a downtown street.

Very nice place, and I come here regularly! The boba and snacks are always great, and the staff are always helpful! They have a nice selection of board games for people to play! Only complaint I have is the price, which I find to be a bit above nessacery.

I always come here for a nice drink. However, that had changed after today. Bought a drink there and drink 1/4 of it to find a black dot floating in my drink (clear tea, which has nothing else supposed to be in there). Examine it closer and it looks like a mosquito aka a bug. I brought it to the cashier and the rep there holding the drink and looking in. He is like what is wrong. I told him there is something floating in there. He said, "Yea, I see it, but I don't know how it got in there". I told him, neither do I.
This is very very poor customer service and plain denial of the issue. I was pretty much sitting at the desk right in front of their counter. They could check the security cameras if they think I put that in there. That is totally absurd. I didn't make a big deal out of it and told the guy that, I'm just saying and I am not asking for anything. Told them to check their stuff and ensure things doesn't fly in their products. He was still saying, I don't know how it got there.
Trying to understand what he was implying is ridiculous. Looking at their setup, they have all products wide open to air. There were some flies flying around in the shop. For something to fly into their mix, syrup and ice, is a high possibility. The point here is, it happens, but their poor customer service to response is, you put that in there and it's not them as a denial as their first response is totally irresponsible. Again, I was sitting at their shop the whole time. They can check their cameras! Not going to visit this place ever again. Oh, their Wi-Fi has no connection and also their cell signal is weak to none. Definitely not a place to go as there are many many other places, I can drop my money off to.

Drinker's BEWARE! Check your drink first. Flip it upside down and shake it and ensure there is no extra protein in your drink before you drink it. Or you will get the "I DON'T KNOW HOW IT GOT THERE" reply from their customer service rep. LOL

Boba taste bad. Maybe due to I ordered 50% sugar. I don't know. Service is good. The gentleman working at the counter on Saturday listened to my concern.

I have to admit, the food here isn't all that great, especially for how much it costs. The popcorn chicken was $9 and not very filling. Their matcha drinks aren't very good, and the honey green tea has a hint of bitterness to it, which I don't mind exactly, but others might. The quality of their toppings differs on the time of day and the workers. Sometimes, their pearls are chewy and slightly firm, while other times, they are undercooked and leave a starchy taste in your mouth. Their egg puffs also take a long time to cook, and I was late to a meeting because of it. I do like their fries, though. I recommend getting extra seasoning.

The service is good. That's pretty much it. Not outstanding, exactly, but good enough in my opinion. I do wish, though, that they wouldn't throw away a drink that they messed up and would instead give the customer both drinks like the TeaHut nearby.

The atmosphere is quite nice. I like what they did to one of the walls where the wallpaper is composed of a variety of toppings they serve there. It's pretty cozy and I like to go there if I have something to work on, unless there are a bunch of high schoolers sitting somewhere who are going to make a bunch of noise.

Overall, this place isn't bad, but it isn't the greatest. It's nice enough for me to come here every once in a while if I'm in a rush, but otherwise, I would find some other place to go to.

The milk tea has a strong essence flavor, and does not taste worth $6.
