We were in the area and was super hungry because it was past our lunch time (2pm) so we decided to try bento xpress due to good review.We ordered: bento box (chicken katsu & california roll), chicken teriyaki bowl & california roll. The chicken katsu itself was okay: crispy and cooked perfectly but the sauce tasted like store bought one. Even the salad sauce tasted the store bought one. My first time to order here. Of course we ordered to go. The staff was friendly and nice even though I took my time ordering. The to go boxes are a little soft, but every thing stayed in the box. Food was good too.
I've been going to this family owned restaurant for almost as long as they have been around. They are the OG Of ramen! The soup is rich and delicious and is loaded with all the good stuff. Their teriyaki dishes are very good too. Support small business!
