Dave & Buster's Milpitas - San Jose is a popular destination that offers a diverse dining experience and an array of entertaining games. The restaurant is known for its friendly service, with staff members trying to accommodate guests, even during busy times. The menu features a variety of dishes, including the Parmesan pasta and chicken. However, some customers have experienced inconsistencies with food quality and service. Recently, guests noted that the happy hour does not include Modelo, and that staff at the bars can sometimes be slow to attend to customers. Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere remains fun and engaging, with a wide selection of games for both children and adults. The venue is also suitable for corporate events, staff retreats, and youth outings. On a positive note, management, including Area Operations Manager Ms. Mildred Guevara, has been praised for their professionalism and support in resolving order miscommunications, enhancing the overall experience.
