There is limited access to the facility but the tour allows you to view some of the ongoing process. It's quite impressive. They make thousands of individual chocolates every day. Our guide was very informative and a small piece of fresh chocolate awaits you at the end.
My recommendation is the Sea Salted Caramel chocolate - it's like a little bit of heaven in your mouth! The Passion fruit and peanut butter chocolates are strong contenders too, but as he regularly creates new innovative chocolate combinations I recommend always trying something different in your box selection.
