Starbucks in the Great Mall. I visited several times because I was on a business trip, but today was even worse, so I am leaving a review. The atmosphere is average inside a mall. I arrived around 1pm on April 12th and ordered two drinks and bread through the app. An alarm popped up on the app saying everything was ready, but it wasn't at the pickup stand so I inquired. NOT HAPPY with my drink! My Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso Latte did not seem to have enough Oatmilk in it. Then they made a mistake on my other drink! Yes, they gave me extra drink but I have to wait again. Waiting time for 2 drinks was 15mins!

It's a little kiosk in the great mall, so not as consumer friendly as stores themselves usually are, but I made an online order, and it was ready for me when i arrived, and drink was well made.
