Omg the calamari is amazing, most of the drinks I don’t like. But the food and customer service is amazing. Kenya is great customer service, like she always says hi to me, she fixed the spices for me without attitude and genuinely looks like she’s a very nice girl. You don’t meet good customer service like her.
I’ve been here a few times with both friends & family, & have always had good experiences with ume tea. The drinks are delicious & so refreshing, & there’s an option to get drinks WITH a plushie! Super cute ! I recommend it to everyone who has never tried it before.
Ever since the grand opening, I’ve been coming to Ume Tea strictly for the drinks & surprise bunny cups. Needless to say, I am a big fan of the place, as the drinks are incredibly delicious & the plushies are super cute. Fun, cute, AND interactive. 10/10 would recommend to others.
