“Reem went above and beyond to help me with my order! Everyone was super friendly. The place was super clean. There were so many options to choose from and everything looked amazing. My CO workers love this place so I finally tried it today. Everything is made fresh. My order came out fast. There's a screen for placing your order if you don't want to wait in line. There wasn't a long line when I went in. I ordered the hippy wrap with sweet potato, a side of pesto pasta and a pineapple cream soda! It was delicious! This is now my new favorite place! I will definitely be coming back and bringing friends and family!

Vegetarian options: They had so many vegetarian options to choose from. Lots of sweet potato, roasted potatoes, corn on cob, pesto pasta, salads, fries and more!

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. It's situated right in front of an awesome park with splash pad and carousel within view.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is enough room to navigate a stroller or wheelchair through the door and inside the restaurant.“

“My husband and I came in on a Wednesday around 1pm to avoid the lunch rush. We ordered the original hainan chicken, hat yai chicken, and popcorn chicken. Order came out within 10 minutes. Everything was delicious, definitely enjoyed it best with the KMG sauce and the habanero which had a nice kick. The popcorn chicken was surprisingly very flavorful in the best way. It’s a unique flavor and unlike other popcorn chickens I’ve had. It tasted good with and without the sauce it came with and will definitely be something I’d crave and come back for. 11/10 :)“

“Located in the food court of Zion Market off of Irvine Blvd. & Yale, Two Dak Two Dak has amazing fried chicken. I ordered the popcorn chicken and it was on point. The chicken was moist not dried and chewy like many places. And the batter coating the chicken is a light blanket. Good price point ($7.42) and the popcorn chicken is definitely a shareable. I will come back to this place for another great chicken experience.“

“Wings were decent, fries were fine. Price was as expected. Loved the variety of the soda machines. I hate having to pay for dipping sauce especially way over priced tiny vials of it. Come on stop charging for it, no one would ever pay for a ketchup packet, why charge people eating wings for ranch or blue cheese!?“

“This place turned out to have one of the best fried chicken I’ve had in OC. It’s very crispy and delicious. The coating is just right and delicious. The chicken wrap and slider was about $7 which was a great deal. The place looks quite well maintain and service was great.“

“Good service overall, been coming to this place for a while. The staff are always nice and, they take into consideration when I ask for my chicken well done. It took me a while to get it right, sometimes I made the mistake ordering wrong online or something and the staff fixed my order . Lunch time hours can be a rush for them, they offered me the lunch specials which was delicious.“

“Fast, friendly, consistent, affordable. What more can you ask for? Use the mobile app for easy ordering and some bonuses/discounts. The salad options are actually quite good, reasonably priced and quite filling. The chocolate chip cookie is always a favorite, the brownie is good, the seasonal shakes are always excellent. Breakfast options are quite good as well, certainly better than other fast food options, I like the biscuit sandwich.“

“The food I gave five stars because the food is delicious. I love the food from Chick-fil-A. It’s very good and even has vegan options so that’s very nice. Service is very nice. I gave a service of 5-Star because the servers were very nice and atmosphere atmosphere. I gave you a three stars. It was not the most clean atmosphere but very nice. I liked it overall. It was very good experience four stars. The only thing that was kind of difficult was the drive-through. It was very hard to get into it and get out from all the people crossing the road but other than that very good.

“First time eating here and I was impressed with the freshness and crispiness of the wings!! Original is sweet with a touch of spiciness. The chicken sandwich is crispy, moist and tender. My daughter who is a picky eater loved the French Fries and devoured it!“

“This location was so kind and attentive. My co worker & I came in with 8 clients from a special needs day program & were treated with such patience. The manager was ringing in a lot of our orders with a smile! I thanked her for her kindness with tears on my eyes & she said “ you know what your nuggets are on the house today!” I expressed my gratitude for the amazing customer service .. when she brought my nuggets to the table she asked for a headcount of our group which was 10.. soon after she walked over with a tray full of cookies for everyone! “they have a special limited time deal on their 4pc boneless box for $9.99. It comes with fries and drink. I think its a great deal than the 6pc boneless box lunch deal because this offer is all day, wheres the lunch deal ends at 3pm and its $16.99 but with tax it comes out to like $18.“

“We had to wait about 5 minutes for our food but it was worth the wait! The chicken was really good! I've been to other locations where the chicken was terrible. So much so that this was the last time I was going to try KFC. But I will be back to this location only!“

“The only thing I ever get is the chicken breasts. They're always juicy and fresh. Chicken tenders are never as juicy or hot for that matter. Guess they're not popular or something because they're warm at best, clearly having been out for awhile. The ice wasn't working, though. But they did have a bucket of half melted ice on the counter. “Excellent Service, Just a Small Mix-Up

We are regulars at the Chick-fil-A located at 13490 Jamboree Rd, Irvine, and have consistently had wonderful experiences here. The staff are always welcoming and the service is prompt, which keeps us coming back.

Unfortunately, during our most recent visit, we experienced a small hiccup. After ordering through the drive-thru, we returned home to find that the fries were missing from our meal. While this was disappointing, especially since my wife particularly looks forward to them, we understand that mistakes can happen and it’s all part of being human.

We didn’t return to the store but wanted to share this feedback to help improve the service further. We appreciate your attention to detail and look forward to our next visit, and of course, to those delicious fries!
